"I am happy with the services you offer and Andrea is fantastic. I would rate EKWA 7-8 as we are finally getting more movement on facebook and I am looking forward to more posts and likes occurring. Being a local brick and mortar type of business I have seen more coming in recently from the website, and they are checking us on healthgrades and other physician sites. Our overall marketing strategy is working which includes having our patients put up comments on more health care provider sites, working to increase our facebook likes, as well as EKWA maintaining our high searchability status. We are working on reaching more primary care physicians since referring physicians were responsible for more than half of our new patients last year so we are creating newsletters to get mailed out soon. I do see a shift that many New Patients, meaning new clients are self referrals, and they are finding us on the web. I know you are working to get more towns listed to get people to our different locations from nearby communities and I wonder if URLs with the city names will help or hurt us.
