Domain name, Hosting Account setup and server monitoring.

The Technical Support team makes sure your website is secure on our HIPAA compliant servers, they monitor the server to ensure there are no hardware or OS failures while also guaranteeing that the firewall keeps out spammers and hackers. The team also manages your email (if its setup through Ekwa). Overall the Tech Support team makes sure that the server is up and running so your involvement with the team could be minimal but if we are doing our jobs correctly you would not even know the team exists unless you require assistance in terms of resetting passwords or creating new email accounts.
